Amy has been working in fundraising since 2002. With a background in development and alumni relations Amy made the leap to consulting in 2008, spending four years at Heller Consulting in California. There she worked with a huge variety of Raiser's Edge clients all over the US and learned to code so she could set up a suite of NetCommunity services. 

Since going solo in 2012 Amy has worked with clients in both the US and UK in Raiser's Edge 7 and NXT, eTapestry and other CRMs. Having been a development officer and DBA herself, Amy understands the day-to-day demands and workloads of fundraising teams. Rather than lean on workarounds, she creates solutions that realistically fit her client's needs.

Her most in-demand service is system assessment and cleanup. She also offers appeal mailing preparation, procedures design, training, mass imports and database maintenance.

After 20 years as an information systems programmer and analyst, Kerry made the leap to providing database administration for nonprofit  organizations. In 2018, she co-founded Frontraiser, a consultancy  specializing in improving fundraising and development operations of  nonprofits. 

Kerry is one of the very few consultants who provides  expertise in Crystal Reports development, along with Raiser's Edge 7 and  NXT, and eTapestry. As well as designing custom reports, Kerry offers remote database administration, data evaluation and cleanup, process  improvement, post-implementation support and training.
